We have been successful in reducing the dew point and hydrocarbon carry over in dehy systems with our caustic flushing process.  Since we do not flood the tower, there is no need for blind flanges in your gas system.  We isolate the components of the system (i.e. the glycol tower and the reboiler/accumulator tank are flushed separately.)  We pay special attention to the saddles in the still column and we complete the process with a fresh water flush.  If you would like us to discuss your requirements, please give us a call.
